Although it’s not necessary to register with Our Lady of the Seas Catholic Parish, it is encouraged so that Fr. Fred knows to whom he can offer pastoral care, if requested. Registering also enables Fr. Fred to baptize, perform and witness marriages, and provide sacramental preparation for his parishioners. In addition, registered parishioners receive a free subscription to North Carolina Catholics, the magazine of the Catholic Church in eastern North Carolina.
